Shipping policy

At PASQ, we take care to ensure every order is packed and dispatched with attention to detail. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when you shop with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This Shipping Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Locations
PASQ currently ships within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $11 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 AUD.
Shipping costs are subject to change and will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, “business days” means Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Australian public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST/AEDT on a business day will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, or on weekends or public holidays, will generally be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional events, public holidays, or other peak periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–8 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the Australia Post network.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@pasq.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Authority to Leave
Where Australia Post considers it safe to do so, parcels may be left in a secure location at the delivery address.
Once Australia Post records a parcel as delivered, PASQ is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If you are concerned about parcel security, we recommend using a work address or another secure delivery location.
